Alanis Nadine was born on the 1st of June 1974, in Ottawa, Canada. Alanis' Greek is a female version of the name Alan's father's. Her mother's name is Georgia and there are two brothers named Chad and Wade (Alanis"Twin"). She started playing piano and guitar at the age of turned 21. Alanis dropped a single in 1986, titled Fate Stay With Me (b-side : Find The Right Man). As a Canadian dance-pop artist who recorded two albums: Alanis (1991), and The Time Is The Time (1992). She relocated to Toronto at the age of 18 and began working with writers and musicians, but these collaborations did not work.
